Triangulating My Taste in Games
On my favorite games of all time, because I'm tired.
The first week of the semester has wrapped! I’m feeling good about my semester so far, though of course I haven’t had time to write (or read) much this week. So, I thought I’d do things a little bit differently this weekend.
2025 has been a great year for video games so far—my favorites include the puzzle-rich Blue Prince and energetic platformer Donkey Kong Bananza—with many more gems on the way (Hollow Knight: Silksong is one of the most anticipated games of the year, if not the decade). If you don’t, you can always come back next week (I promise the biting political analysis you subscribed for will return). It’s also been a dark time politically, so something something trans joy, we all deserve a break, etc.
Let’s begin with a Venn diagram.
